It will be deemed that the hirer accepts responsibility by him/herself for the persons in his/her party and fully agrees to the conditions of hire as follows;

Please note that Page 2 Page is not the owner of any of the vehicles referred to on this website, as Page 2 Page acts as a booking agent on behalf of each of the owners, who we work with on a regular basis.

Prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to confirmation when you actually book the vehicle through our company.

You agree to indemnify and hold Page 2 Page harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Page 2 Page arising out of any breach by you of these terms and conditions.

Your personal details will only be used by Page 2 Page in connection with the hiring service provided by the vehicle owners subscribing to this website only.

UK vehicle law requires passengers to wear seat belts in vehicles where fitted. Vehicles are not allowed by law to carry more persons than the vehicles seating capacity. You must advise us on the reservation form if any child using our vehicles will be under 12 years of age on the proposed travel date stating their age/s at the date of travel. For vehicles that have seat belts fitted the client is responsible for ensuring the correct sized ‘Child Restraint’ for each child travelling as required by law is provided. We have a No Smoking policy in all vehicles and respectfully ask you not to smoke when inside the cars, each of the owners may use their discretion on the above mentioned.

ALL BOOKINGS ARE PRE-BOOKED AND MUST BE CONFIRMED WITHIN 10 DAYS WITH A DEPOSIT OF £100 PER VEHICLE AND SIGNED TERMS & CONDITIONS.

For weddings payment in full must be received at least one month before the date of hire. On all other bookings payment must be made 10 days before commencement of hire. Page 2 Page will not in any circumstances be liable for any losses, costs, claims or demands, howsoever arising, whether directly or indirectly from the use of any vehicle hired through Page 2 Page.

In the event of cancellation by the hirer any deposit will be forefeit. No refund shall be given on full payments made by the hirer if cancellation is made after the 10 day period stated.

No responsibility can be accepted for adverse weather conditions, eg, flooding , snow etc. which may cause delay or cancellation of a booking by Page 2 Page Chauffeur & Wedding Services.

In the event of a breakdown or accident to the vehicle booked prior to the date of the hire every effort will be made to supply a similar or alternative vehicle at the companies discretion.

While we maintain our vehicles to the highest standard, no responsibility can be accepted for mechanical, electrical or material breakdown. In the unlikely event every effort will be made to repair the vehicle so the journey can continue or the hirer will be transferred to another vehicle, any reasonable cost will be incurred by Page 2 Page Chauffeur & Wedding Services.

No responsibility will be accepted for missed connections or functions.

Page 2 Page Chauffeur & Wedding Services has the right at any time to change / replace or renew a vehicle.

The hirer shall be fully responsible and liable for any damage caused both inside or outside to the vehicle by the hirer or any member of his/her party. The hirer will agree to pay for any rate decided by Page 2 Page Chauffeur & Wedding Services while repairs are undertaken.

Page 2 Page Chauffeur & Wedding Services at no time takes responsibility for the hirers or any member of his/her parties items/goods used or left in the vehicle, we also cannot safeguard or store any items.

Page 2 Page Chauffeur & Wedding Services reserves the right to refuse entry to the vehicle to any persons whom they deem unfit for whatever reason or to refuse to continue the journey if any person behaves in a manor which might be detrimental to other persons or to the vehicle.

Please also inform us of any unnamed roads / tracks or narrow lanes that the vehicle may have to travel, and it remains at the owners discretion if they wish to take the vehicle down or over these roads, as it may cause damage to the vehicle.

NO REFUND SHALL BE GIVEN IN THIS EVENT.

A £100 valet charge will be levied to the hirer for misuse from food, drink or illness, or whatever the retail value may be to rectify damage caused.

Once the booking is made and confirmed with deposit, the price quoted to the hirer will not be subject to alteration unless there is a change in the details of the booking.

The hirer is liable for all glassware breakages and/or disappearances at a replacement cost of the companies discretion.

Due to insurance restrictions all our vehicles operate a NON SMOKING POLICY. ANY INFRINGEMENT OF THIS WILL DEEM THE RENTAL INVALID.

Any overrun of the booking time must be paid for at the time of rental in cash. Hire time will be deemed to have started when the vehicle leaves the company premises.
